Fred has had the privilege of representing a Fortune Top 100 engineering firm, motor vehicle manufacturers and distributors, and several insurance entities. His recent successes include the cost-effective resolution of a complex design-build delay claim lawsuit and the prosecution of a breach of contract action for a South American corporation, which resulted in an $8 million judgment.
Fred is licensed to practice law in Florida, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. He is also a Registered Nurse, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida. He remains active in his community and is involved in various organizations, including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
